When I arrived at around 9am Dr. Revolt is finishing up Joe

From across the street, the mural begins to take shape

An early morning cigarette to get going

The crew is on hand as an umbrella is placed on the time lapse camera

The Joe piece is completed as the crew stands behind a NYC cab

They begin applying the red paint for the top of the mural
